I. Règles générales


La Starcraft 2 "Across the Galaxy" est une compétition limitée à 16 joueurs : 8 invités et 8 qualifiés répartis sur plusieurs semaines avec en jeu 2050 € de cash prize.

Répartition des 2050 euros :

200 euros destinés aux tournois de qualifications

1850 euros pour le tournoi final :
1er : 1000 euros
2eme : 500 euros
3eme : 250 euros
4eme : 100 euros


Invitations :
  • 8 Joueurs sont invités pour les phases finales de la compétition via e-mail et seule une réponse à ce dernier sera prit en compte pour valider l’invitation.
  • Tous les joueurs invités s’engagent en acceptant l’invitation de ne rien divulguer sur la compétition tant que le tournoi n’a pas été annoncé officiellement et durant toute la durée de celui-ci, ils s'engagent également à avoir lu, compris et accepté le présent règlement dans son ensemble.
  • Les joueurs invités rencontreront au premier tour les joueurs qualifiés.

Map Pool :
  • Le map pool pour les qualifications et le tournoi final est identique. Toutefois, starcraft2france se donne le droit d’apporter des modifications pendant l’évènement.
  • Pour les matchs en Bo3/Bo5, le joueur ayant perdu la manche doit choisir la prochaine carte. Chaque joueur a le droit de veto sur une carte ce qui aura pour effet de ne plus pouvoir la sélectionner durant l'affrontement
  • Le map pool complet est : ESL Metalopolis, ESL Temple Brisé , GTSL GSL TerminusRE, ESL Neo Enigma, Tal'darim Altar, GTSL GSL Crevasse, Plateau de Shakuras et Dual Sight.


II. A propos des tournois de qualifications

  • 4 tournois de qualification auront lieu via la plateforme Wannawar permettant aux deux finalistes de chaque cup de rejoindre les phases finales.
  • 50 euros sera offert au gagnant de chaque finale du tournoi de qualification.
  • Ces 4 tournois seront réparti sur 2 semaines.
  • Le format des qualifications : bo1 jusqu’au quart et bo3 pour les quarts, demis et la finale.

  • Le map pool sera défini sur Wannawar, tout comme le règlement spécifique aux qualifications.
  • Aucun retard ne sera toléré ! Un joueur en retard ou absent sera automatiquement disqualifié.

  • Toute triche ou aide non conventionnelle induira la disqualification immédiate du joueur inculpé.
  • Ligue minimum pour participer : Diamant.


III. A propos des phases finales

  • Chaque participant s’engage au respect du règlement et à la non divulgation des différents résultats.
  • Tous les matchs seront joués en privé sur des comptes prêtés par Starcraft2France. Les joueurs s’engagent à ne pas divulguer les adresses et les mots de passe des comptes prêtés ni à streamer durant leur match.
  • Tous les matchs seront en BO3 sauf pour la petite finale et la finale qui seront en BO5. La première map est imposée, il s'agit de Dual Sight ensuite le perdant choisit la prochaine.
  • Un retard de 30 minutes maximum est autorisé, ensuite le joueur sera considéré comme absent et sera déclaré forfait.
  • Si le match est interrompu durant les 5 premières minutes, le match devra être rejoué sauf si l'un des administrateurs considère que l'un des joueurs avait largement l'avantage. Si le match est interrompu au delà des 5 premières minutes, les administrateurs du tournoi seront les seuls habilités à décider de l'issue du match. (re-match ou donner la victoire à un joueur).
  • Starcraft2france proposera un calendrier des matchs organisé en collaboration avec les joueurs. Les joueurs doivent en retour respecter les dates et horaires imposés.
  • Seuls les administrateurs et les joueurs prévus pourront être présents lors des rencontres, aucun spectateur ne sera autorisé.

  • TutoHdStarcraft est la seule structure habilitée à fournir les VOD des matchs pour le compte de Starcraft 2 France.
  • Les replays des phases finales ne pourront être distribués au public que par le biais de Starcraft2France, il est donc interdit aux joueurs de les diffuser sous n'importe quelle forme que se soit.

  • Toute triche ou aide non conventionnelle induira la disqualification immédiate du joueur inculpé.


IV. Règles d'admissibilité

  • Le Tournoi "Across the Galaxy" est ouvert à tous les joueurs ayant atteint l'âge légal de la majorité dans leur pays de résidence (18 ans en France). Dans le cas de joueurs n'ayant pas encore atteint l'âge de la majorité dans leur pays et donc par définition "mineurs", ils pourront participer au tournoi à la condition d'avoir plus de 16 ans au 1er jour du Tournoi "Across the Galaxy" et que les responsables légaux aient pris conscience et validé le présent règlement.


V. Clause de non responsabilité et engagement

  • Le Réseau Jeux-Strategie.com, représenté par le site starcraft2france.com (dénommé SC2FR), ne saurait être tenu pour responsable en cas de non respect par un joueur des règles d'admissibilité au tournoi. En s'inscrivant, les participants déclarent donc sur l'honneur remplir ces conditions. Tout joueur ne respectant pas les critères d'admissibilité au tournoi décrits dans l'article IV du présent règlement sera immédiatement disqualifié et, par conséquent, ne pourra recevoir l'un des prix mis en jeu.
  • Tous les participants qualifiés ou invités s’engagent sur l’honneur à respecter dans son intégralité, le présent règlement durant toutes la durée de l'évènement.


VI.Règlement des dotations

  • Les gains seront distribués uniquement par paypal ou virement bancaire, au choix du Réseau Jeux-Stratégie.com. Toute autre demande de paiement sera refusée.

Tournament Rules

I.    General tournament rules

Starcraft 2 "Across the Galaxy" is a 16-player tournament : 8 players will be invited and they will face the 8 winners from the qualifying rounds. The tournament will take place over several weeks with a €2050 prize pool.

The prize pool structure goes as follows :

€200 will be distributed during the qualifying rounds.

€1850 will be distributed during the final rounds :

First : €1000
Second : €500
Third : €250
Fourth : €100


Invitations

  • 8 players will receive an email invitation to participate in the final rounds. To confirm their participation players are required to answer positively to that email.
  • All invited players commit themselves not to disclosing any information about the tournament before it has been officially announced and during the tournament. They also commit themselves to fully reading, understanding and accepting all the rules mentioned above and below.
  • Invited players will face qualified players during the first round.

Map pool :

  • Qualifying rounds and final rounds will be played with the same map pool. However Starcraft 2 France reserves for itself the right to modify the map pool during the tournament.
  • For the Bo3/Bo5 the player who lost a game must choose the map for the next game. Each player can veto a map which therefore will not be available for the match.
  • The map pool goes as follows :  ESL Metalopolis, ESL The Shattered Temple, GTSL GSL TerminusSE, ESL Neo Enigma, Tald'darim Altar, GTSL GSL Crevasse ,Shakuras plateau and Dual Sight.


II.    Qualifying rounds

  • 4 qualifying tournaments will take place on Wannawar platform. The 2 remaining players of each tournament will access the final rounds.
  • €50 will be given to each qualifying tournament winner.
  • Those 4 tournaments will take place over 2 weeks.
  • The structure of qualifying tournaments goes as follows : Bo1 until it reaches quarterfinals and Bo3 until the end of the tournament.
  • The map pool and the qualifying tournament rules will be given on Wannamar.
  • No delay from players will be tolerate. A late or not coming player will be automatically disqualified.
  • Any attempt to cheat or any unacceptable help will result in instant disqualification.
  • Minimum league for participate : Diamond.
 

III.    Final rounds

  • All games will be played on private accounts owned by Starcraft 2 France staff . Players commit themselves not to disclose the names and passwords given by Starcraft 2 France staff and not stream during their match.
  • All final rounds will be Bo3 except the match between the winners of semifinals and the match between the losers of semifinals. The first map is imposed, it is Dual Sight then the loser chooses the next.
  • A 30-minute delay will be tolerate. After 30 minutes the late player will automatically lose the game.
  • If a game were to be interrupted within the first 5 minutes, the game will have to be played again except if one tournament director considers that one player was way ahead. If a game were to be interrupted after 5 minutes then the decision to re-play the game or to choose a winner would lie with the tournament directors.
  • Starcraft2france will organize the tournament schedule in collaboration with the players. In return players are excepted to be on time whenever they have to play.
  • The tournament directors and the players will be the only ones allowed to watch the game, the public won't be.
  • TutoHdStarcraft is the only website allowed to offer VOD of the games on behalf of Starcraft 2 France.
  • Replays from the final rounds will go public only through Starcraft 2 France. Therefore it is forbidden to players to broadcast them by any means.
  • Any attempt to cheat or any unacceptable help will result in instant disqualification of the player.


IV.    Eligibility requirements

  • Starcraft2France “Across the Galaxy” Tournament is open to all players who have come of age (age of 18 in France) in their living country. Players who haven't, minors, will be allowed to participate if they are above 16 when the tournament starts and if their legal representatives have read those rules and have agreed to abide by them.


V.    Non liability agreement and commitment agreement

  • The Réseau Jeux-Stratégie.com, represented by the website Starcraft2france.com (named SC2FR) will not be held responsible in case of non respect of the eligibility rules from one player. When participating to this tournament, players state they are eligible to do so. Any player that is not eligible according section IV right above will be immediately disqualified, and therefore won't be allowed to receive any prize
  • All participants, qualified and invited, commit themselves to respecting all rules described above - during all the tournament.


VI.    Prize pool rules

  • Prizes will be given only through paypal or using bank wire transfers, Réseau Jeux-Stratégie.com will decide which option will be used.
